Ferrari F40 wins GP2 race in Bahrain

Ferrari F4 driver Antonio Giovinazzi finished in fourth place in his debut season at the Bahrain GP, finishing behind the Ferrari F20 and Red Bull Racing F1 car.

Giovinaz is a rookie and has not raced since last year, when he crashed out at the final corner of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

The Ferrari F4000, which he won at Silverstone, has a 2.7sec time trial, which is the quickest lap in F4.

Giovinsz said: “I’m happy because the Bahrain is a great race.

It’s a great track.

I am very happy, the track is good and I am happy.”

The Bahrain GP was the first race for Ferrari F1 team boss Maurizio Arrivabene since he took over from Stefano Domenicali in the summer of 2016.

The team has yet to announce the driver line-up for Bahrain.

Ferrari F3 driver Romain Grosjean and Renault F1 driver Nicolas Prost both finished in the top four.

Arrivabs Formula 1 team-mate Felipe Massa was also the fastest in the first round.

Ferrari has also confirmed it will not field a driver for Bahrain in 2018.

Ferrari Formula 1 driver Romains Grosjacas’ Renault F3 team-mates are Felipe Schumacher, Max Verstappen, and Felipe Nasr.
